- The firm is seeking a Property Paralegal to provide key administrative and legal support to their property and charity clients, including faith-based organisations.
- This role offers an exciting opportunity to get involved in both property transactions and charity-related legal processes.
- The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with a range of stakeholders, including clients, intermediaries, and charity trustees. The role also includes bespoke administrative tasks for charity clients, with training provided.
- Drafting documentation for property transactions and charity-related legal procedures.
- Managing dealings with the Land Registry.
- Providing regular updates to clients and intermediaries.
- Preparing, formatting, and finalising documents to the highest standards.
- Assisting with fee-earning and administrative tasks.
- Supporting charity clients with their internal legal processes.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with key client contacts, including charity trustees, volunteers, and the public.
- Using the firm’s financial and practice management systems to log expenses, open and close files, process payments, and handle invoicing.
- Previous experience in the property sector (commercial, residential, or landlord/tenant).
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work independently while maintaining a methodical approach.
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and intermediaries.
- Comfort in handling a busy and varied workload professionally and efficiently.
