  • The firm is seeking a Property Paralegal to provide key administrative and legal support to their property and charity clients, including faith-based organisations.
  • This role offers an exciting opportunity to get involved in both property transactions and charity-related legal processes.
  • The successful candidate will have the chance to work closely with a range of stakeholders, including clients, intermediaries, and charity trustees. The role also includes bespoke administrative tasks for charity clients, with training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting documentation for property transactions and charity-related legal procedures.
  • Managing dealings with the Land Registry.
  • Providing regular updates to clients and intermediaries.
  • Preparing, formatting, and finalising documents to the highest standards.
  • Assisting with fee-earning and administrative tasks.
  • Supporting charity clients with their internal legal processes.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with key client contacts, including charity trustees, volunteers, and the public.
  • Using the firm’s financial and practice management systems to log expenses, open and close files, process payments, and handle invoicing.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in the property sector (commercial, residential, or landlord/tenant).
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work independently while maintaining a methodical approach.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and intermediaries.
