Job Title: Technical Conveyancer
Ark Search are pleased to be working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join well established Newcastle practice on a permanent basis.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to not manage their own caseload but to review and assist with complex and technical matters of other members of the team. They will also be responsible for title checking, dealing with queries, training and development.
Applications will be considered from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licensed Conveyancers and candidates qualified by experience. Experience dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing matters is essential.
Salary: £35k - £45k + bonus (DOE)
