As part of our continued development, we are looking for a self- motivated, ambitious and confident individual to join our busy team as a Trainee.
The role will include working alongside the Branch Manager, who has responsibility for the performance of the branch including profitability, cost control, sales development, operations, and personnel and the role is to assist and be trained in all aspects of the operation of a busy removals branch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has left full time education and is looking for a long-term career. We are willing to fast track those individuals who are capable, have the right attitude, are enthusiastic and keen to advance their careers quickly.
Alternatively, this may also suit someone who already has some removals or logistics industry experience and is ready and wants to progress their career.
We are looking for applicants who can offer the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative but also as part of a team.
- Numerate with good literacy skills.
- PC literate
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload.
- Highly Motivated, ambitious and resourceful
