Sonic Summary

The Property Loss Adjuster position is fully remote but requires travel across the North East, with a work schedule of Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, totaling 35 hours per week.
The salary for this role is negotiable based on experience, and there is also a performance-related bonus available.
Candidates must possess a strong knowledge of property-related claims and have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
A commitment to innovation and exceptional customer service is essential, along with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
CILA/CIP qualifications are preferred, or candidates should be willing to work towards them, with a focus on providing high-quality service and meeting client requirements.

Property Loss Adjuster

Fully remote but travel across the North East will be required

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (35 hours per week)

Salary negotiable dependant on experience plus bonus

As a result of continued development and growth, we are looking to recruit a Property Loss Adjuster, to cover claims in the North East, the role will be home based with travel across the North East.

You will use your technical knowledge and experience to proactively investigate property claims and report thereon, in compliance with prevailing client requirements / service standards and providing exceptional customer service throughout. To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate a commitment to innovation and a determination to provide a market leading service and product on behalf of our business.

Property Loss Adjuster duties:

To demonstrate a high level of technical quality and service delivery
To provide exceptional customer service at all times
To participate positively and constructively as a team member, sharing knowledge and providing feedback and suggestions
To communicate effectively and proactively with all relevant parties by the most effective and expeditious means, prioritising the use of telephone contact, ensuring that claims are proactively managed
To promote and support the TCF principles
To ensure adherence to contractual/Client SLA’s and KPI’s
To be accountable for the satisfactory resolution of any issues

Key Skills:

Excellent degree of knowledge of property related claims and principles
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Good degree of IT competency and literacy
Demonstrate personal and professional integrity and lead by example
Ability to work and contribute positively as part of a team and in isolation
Ability to work accurately under pressure, adhering to deadlines and service standards
CILA / CIP qualified, or willing to work towards
