We have an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading, North East based organisation who are keen to expand their current team of 4 Facilities professionals.

The role requires a Facilities Coordinator, who'll play a crucial role in coordinating a diverse range of internal and external resources to deliver effective and efficient facilities services.

The role requires someone who can work on their own initiative and manage various soft FM services, while maintain strong communication with stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Facilities Manager in managing various facilities activities across the organisation.
  • Ensuring all services adhere to health and safety requirements and protocols.
  • Monitoring and managing service activities within budget provisions.
  • Developing relationships with stakeholders and acting as the primary contact for day-to-day facilities activities.
  • Identifying service improvement opportunities through inspections and audits.
