Join our Chief Administration Office (CAO) as a Client Controls Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the delivery of Wealth and Investment services while mitigating operational risks. This position is crucial for supporting client-facing teams by managing business risks, operational events, and emerging risks to boost business productivity and efficiency.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Identify, analyse, and mitigate operational risk issues across client-facing teams.
  • Develop enhancements to processes and outcomes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proactively sample processes and assess the effectiveness of controls to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
  • Design and implement control-based solutions to reduce Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), including CASS breaches and operational events.
  • Prepare for meetings and focus groups, including the production of meeting materials and coordination of other initiatives.
  • Monitor key KRIs, Management Information, and other relevant data as required.
  • Organise and deliver targeted training for client-facing teams across multiple office locations, as needed.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of expected outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must have a solid understanding of risk management principles.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, including proficient report writing skills.
  • Strong numerical skills and proficiency in MS Office 365.
  • Experience within the financial services sector, ideally within a wealth/asset management environment, is highly desirable.
