We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting project operations, maintaining accurate records, and delivering exceptional service to clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently use the company’s internal ERP system to manage project workflows.
  • Analyse client requirements and specifications to produce precise and tailored quotes.
  • Handle the creation of sales orders, logistics scheduling, and invoicing.
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships within the team, company, and with customers.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with project team managers to ensure successful project delivery.
About You:
