Key Responsibilities:

- Be the heartbeat of the project—coordinate activities, resources, and communications to ensure smooth project execution.
- Keep everyone informed! Prepare and distribute project updates and highlight any changes to the plan.
- Master project management tools to update work packages, track hours, and create detailed reports that will help drive project success.
- Lead the project debrief process—gather feedback, insights, and lessons learned to continuously improve future projects.
- Document everything! From creating comprehensive project plans to ensuring each detail is logged for future reference, you’ll play a pivotal role in keeping projects on track.
What We’re Looking For:
- A proactive, enthusiastic team player with a passion for project management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Some administrative experience is great, but what matters most is your drive to learn and grow in the project world!
- Proficiency with MS Office packages and a knack for staying organized.
