- The Assistant Engineering Manager must be Multi Skilled
- The Assistant Engineering Manager must be APPRENTICE TRAINED
- The Assistant Engineering Manager will need to be from any MANUFACTURING background!
- The Assistant Engineering Manager will need to have an engineering qualification (Level 3 minimum)
