Zenith People are looking to recruit an experienced Contract Manager to work throughout the North East area. The role involves acting as a single point of contact for all clients activities, from contract award through to performance against agreed Service Levels, KPI's and budgets, as well as being the first point of contact for field operatives.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Managing and supervising Social Housing Field Operatives
  • Overseeing the day-to-day activities within the Field Operations
  • Coaching and improving performance for Field Operatives
  • Delivering and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Supporting mentoring and developing trainees and apprentices
  • Ensuring clear lines of communication with office
  • To be the first point of contact for technical related issues both on phone and on site
  • Controlling the programming of work to clients
  • Considering commercial aspects of contract activity
  • Reviewing contracts, costs and ensuring cost effectiveness and value for money
