Summary

Our client is seeking dedicated Site Managers to join their Power Solutions team. This role focuses on managing site-based teams for Green Recovery substation construction and maintenance projects across the North DNO region.

As a Site Manager, you will lead and participate in the installation and construction of electrical power distribution and transmission systems ranging from 400V to 132kV. Your responsibilities will include ensuring safety, profitability, timely delivery, high-quality workmanship, and maintaining a positive image for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the installation of ground-mounted and structure-mounted power system components, including cable systems, switchgear, transformers, busbars, relay panels, and associated equipment in substations up to 132KV.

- Prepare and maintain site Health & Safety records.

- Order materials for the site.

- Maintain, report, and forecast site progress.

- Interact with customer representatives on and off site.

- Participate in the working party as needed (this can be full-time).

- Helping on the installation on Ev Chargers 

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven ability to supervise staff and subcontractors.

- Electrical qualifications and capability to perform electrical work on HV equipment.

- SMSTS qualification.

- Must hold SSE authorizations (CAT 1, CAT 2 & CAT 3).
