The ideal candidate for this role would be an individual with strong NEC4 knowledge and the ability to strongly and successfully deliver a programme.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing on-site workers.
- Preparing relevant documentation e.g. reports.
- Supervising activity that occurs on site.
- Managing subcontractors.
- Monitoring and tracking project progress, to ensure project delivery is successful.
- Minimizing any potential risks and working on how to avoid them.
- Ensure projects are carried out and worked on within policies and procedures.
- Guaranteeing work is carried out collaboratively in line with Health & Safety procedures.
- Understanding of contract and financial management to support the Project Manager.
- Concrete repair and joint replacement experience.
- Tier 1 Civils experience (desirable).
- Strong NEC4 knowledge.
- Solid commercial expertise.
- Marine experience (advantageous).
