Experienced Fit Out Site Manager (Newcastle) - High-End Restaurants

Our client, a leading specialist in high-end restaurant fit-outs, is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join their Newcastle team. With a focus on delivering bespoke, luxury dining experiences, they offer a competitive salary of 50,000 - 65,000 per annum, plus company car, fuel card, expenses, food allowance, and additional benefits.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the complete fit-out process of high-end restaurants in Newcaslte, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
Lead and coordinate on-site teams, including tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Liaise with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure timely project completion within budget.
Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager in the fit-out sector, with a strong focus on high-end restaurant projects.
Valid SMSTS qualification.
Strong understanding of fit-out processes, materials, and construction techniques specific to restaurant environments.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, designers, and on-site teams.
Willingness to travel and work away from home on a 12 days on, 2 days off schedule (mostly).
