Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are seeking experienced Site Managers to join a dynamic team working on fast-track fit-out projects for a leading hospitality contractor, specializing in restaurant and pub refurbishments. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-profile, fast-paced projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage site activities for restaurant and pub fit outs.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project management team.
• Maintain health and safety compliance on-site.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in managing fast-tracks fit-out projects, particularly within the hospitality sector.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
