My client is an industry-leading contractor with multiple live contracts across the UK, currently seeking a Site Manager for a long-term groundworks and civils project in Newcastle.
The position offers negotiable rates and is available for an immediate start.
Candidates must have 8+ years of management experience and be highly experienced in groundworks and civils projects for specialist contractors.
Required qualifications include CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, and ideally an NVQ Level 6.
Responsibilities include site supervision, compliance with health and safety, managing labor and materials, and providing progress reports.

We are currently recruiting a Site manager to join the company and assist in managing a long term groundworks and civils project based in Newcastle.

RATES ARE NEGOTIABLE!!!

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Ammending and working to RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Managing/ordering materials and overseeing site operations.

Site Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• NVQ Level 6 (ideally)

• Highly experienced in groundworks and civils projects for specialist contractors.

• 8+ years management experience
