This opportunity is with a major builder developer in the student accommodation sector, which has an annual turnover of £50 million.

Our client is a major builder developer both in the transformation of space and refurbishement projects within the Student accommodation sector. The construction arm self-delivers Student Accomodation projects and has an annnual turnover of 50m

Site Manager - The Role:

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced construction Site Managerto join the construction team on a pcontract basis to deliver a project in Newcastle.

The project will be a 9m refurbishement/transformation of space project to turn into high- end Student Accommodation.

Site Manager - The Person:

You will have a valid SMSTS certificate
First Aid Qualified
You must have worked for a main contractor
Demonstrable experience of delivering construction projects to programme with supervisory experience.
Refurbishment experience
Experience on jobs up to 5m +
Experience in managing sub-contractors and direct wok-force
High calibre individual who is committed to quality and programme
