Role: Air Export Operator
Location: Newcastle, Tyne and Wear (Hybrid)
Salary: 28,000 - 35,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for completion of Air Freight Operations (Pred Exports) from Start to Finish
- Quoting and Pricing, ensuring best rates are secured
- Liaising with shippers, hauliers, carriers
- Key account management - responsible for managing accounts from booking to deliveries
- Arranging for the timely and accurate documentation of shipments
- Completing custom documentations
- Creating and maintaining strong relationship with clients, ensuring all inquires are dealt with
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience working with a leading freight forwarder
- Export experience is mandatory
- Ocean Freight experience would be advantageous
- Awareness of all aspects of shipment process from Start to Finish
- Can collaborate with the customer to provide the best service available
- Able to reach all deadlines within the time constraints provided
- Confident and effective communication skills (verbal and via email), with the ability to build relationships with customers
