Position: Building Services Engineer
Location: Central Newcastle
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £38,000 to £42,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a large static site in the centre of Newcastle
This role will be dealing with the planned and reactive maintenance throughout this large commercial site. This will include AHU & Fan Coil Maintenance, Plumbing works, Emergency Lighting, Plant Room Maintenance, Water Testing etc
It would be an advantage if this person has experience working on older buildings.
It is preferred for this engineer to have a Mechanical bias; however, this will be a multi skilled position.
We do require this person to hold a level 2 qualification. Due it being a static site, there is no company vehicle
Requirements
- Strong background as a Commercial Building Services Engineer
- Based in a commutable distance to Newcastle
- Holding a level 2 building services qualification
- Ability to do some out of hours work if and whenrequired
- Mechanical bias is preferred
