In this varied role, you will be using CAD software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks to create new models, as well as detailed designs for new products. You'll collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external suppliers to develop innovative designs that optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and align with sustainability goals.
This role would a Design Engineer from a Solar background, experienced with AutoCAD and Solidworks, looking to join a new team in a growing company.
The Role:
- Develop detailed designs for new products
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Conduct feasibility studies and assess project requirements.
The Person:
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in a design engineering role, preferably within solar or related industries.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools).
