Position: Client Account ManagerLocation: NorthumberlandSalary: £26,000 - £40,000 DOE  A leading retail marketing and communications company are looking to add to their client services team with an experienced Account Manager. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing well-known client accounts, ensuring their projects are executed with excellence and efficiency.  A background working in POS (point-of-sale) and with clients in the retail sector is highly desirable.  Responsibilities Include:  Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.Project Oversight: Manage and coordinate POS projects and briefs from inception through to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations and are delivered on time.Time Management: Prioritize tasks efficiently to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and internal teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.Generating POS Quotations: Prepare and submit detailed quotations for Point of Sale (POS) projects for client approval, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.Cost Savings and Efficiency: Analyse current processes and expenditures to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies, maximising value for both the company and clients.Quoting for New Opportunities: Develop and generate competitive quotes for potential print and display projects.  Experience Needed:
  • Experience in managing multiple client accounts
  • Experience overseeing and translating client briefs for marketing solutions
  • Experience within the POS sector
  • Experience with financial and budget management
  • Experience in and knowledge of print
  • Extensive experience communicating with clients and customers
  • Experience in Business Development is desirable but not essential
