Elevation Recruitment Group HR are now searching for a Senior HR Systems Analyst that specialises in Workday optimization and implementation projects.

This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office based in either London or Newcastle.

This is the ideal opportunity for a HR systems specialist to showcase their skills and knowledge, driving improvements and change across the People & Culture teams as well as the wider business.

Other key responsibilities as a Senior HR Systems Analyst include:

  • Work closely with the People & Culture teams to define requirements and support changes with the structure and data to ensure best practice
  • Document changes whilst implementing solutions to ensure ease of use
  • Support training and engagement to ensure key stakeholders are utilizing Workday effectively
  • Proactively manage Workday updates and provide input and assistance with various projects

We would be keen to speak to candidates with the following:

  • A wealth of experience with hands-on technical Workday experience, including configuration of Core HCM and at least one other module (Core HCM, Recruitment, Absence, Advanced Compensation or Talent and Performance)
  • Exposure of Workday optimisation or implementation projects, with a keen eye for detail during testing activities
  • Ability to work independently to research solutions for the benefit of the wider service users
  • Workday HCM certification or Pro accreditation will be an advantage.

This is a key role within the People & Culture department for an improvement and detail orientated individual who can offer recommendations and a consultative approach
