We are seeking a Production Manager for a 6-month fixed-term position to support a complex technical manufacturer in Northumberland.
The role involves overseeing daily production, ensuring timely manufacturing, and monitoring production schedules and resources.
The Production Manager will implement cost-effective processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Candidates should have proven experience in a similar role, strong organizational and leadership skills, and chemical and manufacturing knowledge.
The salary for this position is competitive, and applicants should have relevant experience in production management.

We are searching for a Production Manager on a 6 month fixed term basis to support manufacturing in a complex technical manufactuer in the North East (Northumberland).

The production manager will cover some of the following:

Oversee day-to-day production
Ensure products are manufactured on time alongside a complex manufacturing process
Monitor production schedules, workflow, and resources
Implement cost-effective production processes
Maintain safety and quality standards
Lead, train, and motivate production staff

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Chemical and manufacturing experience
Avaiaible for a fixed term assignment
