They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join their dynamic Newcastle team. In this role, you will lead structural design projects, provide technical guidance, and collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality project delivery, managing project timelines, and contributing to the continued growth and success of the business.
Qualifications Required:
- BEng degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent)
- At least 4 years of post-graduate experience in structural engineering
- Active progress toward chartership with a relevant professional body (e.g., ICE, IStructE)
- Proficiency with industry-standard design software packages
- Strong technical knowledge of structural design principles and standards
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills
