- Oversee implementation of frameworks and support leaders to lead their teams well within assigned business areas.
- Provide outstanding employee relations advice to proactively and reactively manage employee relations issues promptly and comprehensively. Lead response to tribunal claims as required in assigned business areas.
- Inputs into remuneration structures and compensation decisions, ensuring they are compliant and drive high performance and outstanding client outcomes.
- Advise on and support restructures, mergers and acquisitions, or business disposals.
- Oversee the completion of the employee survey and ensure robust action planning across assigned business units and monitor action plan delivery.
- Contribute to the organisation’s approach to maintaining SMCR as required.
- Experience of working in a centre of excellence would be advantageous although not mandatory
- Excellent experience of managing complex ER casework
- Solid generalist background operating as a true business partner
