If so, we would love to hear from you!Our client is looking for a temporary member of staff to cover at this very busy period. We need somebody who is reliable, hard working and able to hit the ground running!Duties include:* Opening the DX/post and distribute to the clerks* Printing of briefs, instructions etc* Photocopying and scanning* Replenish photocopiers and printers with paper and toner* Providing refreshments, including lunches where appropriate, for conferences including video conferencing, Skype and conference calls* To assist with incoming telephone calls and distribute calls accordingly* Booking out and shredding of briefs and papers* Taking receipt of instructions / briefs and hand to clerk* Taking documents to court as and when required* Maintain the office in a tidy way* Running various errands as and when appropriate* To provide cover for reception as appropriate* To receive all incoming telephone calls and distribute calls accordingly* Meeting and greeting clients/visitors and making them aware of emergency evacuation procedures* Booking meetings and meeting rooms* Organising external mail including couriers If this sounds like something you'd be interested in then please APPLY NOW for an immediate telephone call
