Job Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our client's team in Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to assist with the day-to-day administration tasks and ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Format and send service reports to customers with sales invoices
  • Order materials from suppliers
  • Monitor vehicle checklist returns and log data
  • Arrange service/MOT and repairs for company vehicles
  • Assist with amendments to QA documentation
  • Make travel arrangements and hotel bookings
  • Process calibration certificates and update the calibration register
  • Scan and file job packs
  • Maintain electronic and manual filing systems
  • Answer office phones and direct calls to the relevant person/department
  • Provide support to other departments as needed
  • Book training requirements and update the training matrix
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including the production of monthly reports
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as required
