The Client

Our client are the worlds largest HVAC manufacturer and fastest growing brand of HVAC products in the UK, and in supporting further growth are looking to expand their team in many of the key areas of their business. They are looking for an Office Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident, extremely organised and enjoys a busy and varied role.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar position and be confident working autonomously.

 

As an Office Manager your duties will include:

 

  • Managing and responding to incoming emails, telephone calls and customer enquiries.
  • General administrative tasks to support the day-to-day operation of the office.
  • Ensuring the office facilities are managed and maintained to agreed standards
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office
  • Manage office supplies, equipment and vendor relationships
  • Support with 1st line HR, new hires and onboarding
  • Liaise with building management
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

 

As an Office Manager you will have the following skills:

 

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
