Administrator - Temporary Contract

Are you an experienced administrator looking for an exciting challenge? Our client, a global consulting engineering organisation, is seeking a talented Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

  • Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week
  • Location: Newcastle City Centre - extremely accessible via public transport
  • Hourly rate: £11.44ph paid on a weekly basis through OA
  • Duration: Temporary ongoing - minimum of 6 months

What you'll bring:

As an Administrator, you will provide valuable support to the consultant team. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating meeting rooms, lunches, and events for the project team.
  • Arranging and collecting off-site printing.
  • Formatting technical reports and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Making travel arrangements for the project team.
  • Supporting the Cost Engineer in project invoicing.

You will also provide facilities support, working closely with the Facilities Office Manager. Your tasks will involve:

  • Monitoring office supplies and placing orders.
  • Collecting and delivering items to our client's office.
  • Coordinating printing, deliveries, catering, cleaners, and other support services.
