- Supporting students with behavioural needs, helping them to engage with lessons and develop positive coping strategies.
- Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams to create a structured and supportive environment.
- Using de-escalation techniques and a positive approach to behaviour management.
- Building strong relationships with students to help them achieve their potential.
- Experience working with young people, particularly those with behavioural challenges (this could be in education, youth work, care, or similar roles).
- A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
