Pertemps are looking for Class 1 Drivers!Location: Newcastle, Gateshead, Northumberland, Sunderland, Durham, StocktonPay Rates: £12 to £22 per hour (paid weekly on PAYE only)What We're Looking For - Class 1 Drivers for various different contracts around the North East. We can accommodate drivers who are looking for long-term ongoing/part-time or ad hoc work. Full-time roles are also available.Your Responsibilities as a Class 1 Driver:

Operate Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently
Perform regular vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance
Comply with WTD, driver hours & rest periods

What You Need as a Class 1 Driver:

Valid CAT CE licence/LGV 1/HGV 1 Licence
Minimum of 6 months' experience with Class 1 vehicles
Valid DQC and digital tacho cards
No more than six points on your licence, with no DD, CD, DR, IN, or TT codes accepted
