- Liaising with the Operators to ensure payroll submissions are made on time.
- Liaising to ensure deadlines are met.
- Undertake spot checks on the reports received to ensure any amendments are picked up.
- Picking up any queries directly with the payroll support team.
- Process any required changes within the system, including salary changes and annual uplifts.
- Provide administration services for the pension scheme, and other payroll/HR systems in place at any time.
- Provide the HR Consultant with administrative support.
