The Company:Nigel Wright are delighted to be recruiting a Payroll Administrator for this remote role with our client.  THE KEY ASPECT HERE IS EXPERIENCE WITH PROCESSING BOTH UK AND REPUBLIC OF IRELAND PAYROLLS The Role:
  • Experience of working within a Payroll, Pensions admin or similar processing role previously UK and ROI
  • Responsible for end-to-end (start to finish) payroll processing for allocated client payrolls, supporting other client payrolls in the managed payroll service as required- UK and ROI
  • Check and maintain all reports, payroll files, pension administration, auto-enrolment processes to make sure they are all completed accurately and on time
  • Manage workload to ensure all case work is performed to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and managed payroll service quality standards at all times
  • Peer reviewing other client payrolls across the Payroll Managed Service team to ensure accuracy and SLA compliance is achieved before submission to the client
  • Update client handbooks and run sheets to ensure all processes and controls are consistently applied per pay run and in line with legislation and client policies
  • Provide support and advice via telephone and email to clients and their employees
  • Proactive in identifying areas for improvement to processes and services
  • Proactive in personal development, contributing fully with performance management and development processes
The Person:
  • Can demonstrate experience with ROI payroll processing
  • Sounds understanding of current legislation 
  • End to end payroll experience
  • Able to work in this remote role with occasional travel to the head office
