My client is seeking a dedicated Senior Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll processes for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is committed to delivering accurate and timely payroll services.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Run end-to-end payroll processes for various clients and schemes, ensuring all payroll tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Perform data entry tasks and basic analysis, gathering data from multiple sources.
  • Communicate effectively with the Pensions Administration team to address payroll and pensioner queries.
  • Support senior colleagues with ongoing payroll projects and business development activities.
  • Provide training and support to new staff members and less experienced team members, ensuring their work meets the firm's standards.
  • Proactively identify errors and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Take personal responsibility for the completion of tasks and actively contribute to the team's success.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end payroll processing for a portfolio of clients or handling large volumes of work.
  • Strong Maths and English GCSE or equivalent qualification, with a minimum grade of C/4.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with stakeholders and clients.
  • CIPP qualification is desirable but not essential. Candidates qualified by experience are also welcome.
