The Brief:

With a growing portfolio of payroll clients the Payroll Manager is looking for additional support to ensure all deadlines are met on a weekly and monthly basis with payroll processing.

The Role:

Playing a supporting role you will be involved in all aspects of weekly and monthly payroll processing from collation of data through to payments. Working on a varied portfolio of clients some will be straight forward sole director payments and others with up to 100 employees. Operating on Brightpay you will be competent to answer client queries on an ad-hoc basis and ensure deadlines are met.

Experience Required:

Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months experience in either an accountancy firm or a payroll bureau processing payroll. Experience of managing multiple clients / payrolls and deadlines on a weekly or monthly basis is essential.

Benefits:

The position is available on a part-time basis, between 2-3 days each week, these can be worked on either full days or shorter days around other commitments, but must ensure that payroll deadlines are met each week. Some of the hours can also be worked from home.

Free parking is available and the office has excellent transport links.

NB: Please note this role can be combined with another role we are advertising (Ref: 2327TX) with the same client if you have the relevant skills in personal tax and wish to increase your hours to full-time.
