We are looking for an experienced Payroll Systems Officer to support our project team in the implementation of our new People System. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a significant project as we transition to a new system. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth implementation of the new system while working closely with our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the project team in the implementation of the new People System, focusing on payroll data.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to identify anomalies and trends in the data between the new system and the legacy system.
  • Work with the project team to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy throughout the parallel run phase.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on your findings to support the successful migration and implementation.
  • Assist with system testing and ensure that the payroll functions are operating as expected.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and to address any issues or concerns during the transition period.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and analytical thinking to ensure accuracy in all work.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in payroll systems and processes, with a strong understanding of payroll data analysis.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail are essential, as you will be identifying data anomalies and trends.
  • An inquisitive mindset and ability to investigate issues thoroughly and proactively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders and project team members.
  • Previous experience with People Systems or similar HR/payroll systems is highly desirable.
