We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supported Housing Coordinator to join the team in a retirement living service based in Newcastle, NE2 , working for one of the UK's largest providers in retirement living.
- 21 hours per week
- This role is temp ongoing to start ASAP!
- Monday to Friday, 21 hours per week (in between 9am to 5pm)
- Salary . 14.26 per hour PAYE / 17.644 UMB
We are looking for someone with a friendly and happy demeanour to be the first point of contact for the residents of the service.
- Resident welfare checks and communication.
- Signposting information on other services, in and around the area.
- Checking the property for any repairs and reporting these as required,
- Overseeing the service to ensure the smooth running.
- Involving the residents in activities within the service
- Health and safety compliance of the service.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of IT and systems
Previous Housing experience preferred, managing tenancies and void propertied etc
A driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
