The Role

Our client is seeking a Plumber - Craft 2 to join the Responsive Repairs team. This role involves carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance across residential and public properties, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and contributing to the smooth operation of the council's repair services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance on council properties.

  • Diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions.

  • Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations.

  • Working as part of the Responsive Repairs team to deliver high-quality service.

  • Completing timesheets and job records accurately.

  • Providing excellent customer service to residents and stakeholders.
