The companyNigel Wright are pleased to be working with an international food manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Compliance Manager.  A leading, private label manufacturing, with an international presence who pride themselves at being the forefront of innovation.The roleA newly created role, the Compliance Manager will lead the Compliance team. This role will focus on managing the team who complete retailer and customer specific specifications, as well as customer portal management and customer enquiries. It will suit an individual who enjoys being hands on and managing a team. Although based in the North East, the successful candidate will working closely with other sites based internationally. Cross collaboration with various departments will make up a key part of this role, developing, reviewing and updating product specifications, ensuring all products meet the highest of standards for quality and safety.The candidateExperience working within specifications and technical are required for this role, with some of that time spent managing a team. A strong understanding of retailer processes and UK & EU food labelling is also essential.
