My client, a market leading, UK based Environmental Consultancy, is searching for a Principal Environmental Consultant to join their Team of Consultants based in Newcastle.

Applicants are required to have a BSc or MSc in a related discipline including Geography, Environmental Science or Environmental Management and have experience managing renewable energy and wind farm projects and completing Environmental Statements and Environmental Impact Assessments ideally for energy and wind projects.

Candidates are required to have a valid driving licence to attend sites across the North East.

As a Principal Environmental Consultant you will have the opportunity to manage projects and complete Environmental Impact Assessments and ES Chapters for wind farm and renewable energy projects for Local Authorities, Water Companies, Private Sector Clients and Housing Developers.

You will also have the opportunity to liaise with Clients to develop new business opportunities, train team members and attend site visits.
