Milk Education is currently partnering with schools across Newcastle Upon Tyne, seeking graduates for full-time positions throughout the 2024-2025 academic year.

In this role, you’ll provide the guidance and support to help students reach their full potential.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with students, offering 1:1 tailored intervention sessions and supporting classroom teachers. You'll also have the chance to cover lessons, gaining invaluable experience before beginning a PGCE or Schools Direct Teacher Training Programme.

We’re looking for aspiring teachers who have graduated in the following areas:

  • Maths
  • English
  • Science
  • Humanities (History, Geography, RE)
  • Languages
  • Art and Design
  • Psychology or Social Sciences
  • Sport & Physical Activity
