Private Client Paralegal

Adecco are seeking a dedicated Private Client Paralegal to join our client's team on a permanent, full-time basis. In this role, you will assist in managing a diverse caseload, focusing on wills, probate, and estate administration. Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, conducting client interviews, and maintaining accurate case records, all while providing exceptional support to our solicitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting wills, powers of attorney, and other legal documents.
  • Assisting with the administration of estates and probate matters.
  • Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries.
  • Liaising with clients, third parties, and other professionals.
  • Maintaining organised case files and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a private client setting is preferred.
