The UK and Europe's fastest growing roof window brand, Keylite are part of Keystone Group, an enterprise with hundreds of millions in annual turnover. Keylite are an agile component within group, scaling rapidly throughout markets in Europe, Australia and New Zealand - as well as their main markets in the UK and Ireland.

They're now looking for enthusiastic graduates to enrol on their Sales Graduate Scheme, with locations across the country - London, the South West/Bristol, the North East/Newcastle and the North West/Manchester. You'll receive comprehensive training and mentorship and a thorough 3 month induction, located in Burton-On-Trent with accommodation fully paid for, to set you up for success!

Sales Graduate Scheme Responsibilities:

  • Assist in generating leads and identifying potential customers through various channels
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Support the sales team in preparing and delivering sales presentations and proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events
  • Providing support when required to the sales team and wider stakeholders in the business
  • Attend Demonstration days, Trade/Construction Events when requested by the Area Sales Manager and or Management

Sales Graduate Scheme Package:

Sales Graduate Scheme Requirements:

  • Ideally educated to degree level
  • A full, UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
  • Excellent communication, emotional intelligence and problem solving skills
  • As comfortable working in a team as you are independently

  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in your career
