We are working with our client who are a leading offshore and renewable manufacturing business based in Newcastle for a Production Supervisor.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a global employer to look after the day to management of the production team and ensure that the production output and testing is to company requirements.
This is on a continental shift pattern with no weekends
Responsibilities:
- Ensure work is carried out by the technicians engineers on time to specifications.
- Liaise with clients and inspectors in relation to product quality etc
- Review training and requirement needs of the team
- Ensure H&S compliance
- Allocate labour onto shifts
- Manage team performance
The person:
- Experience working as a supervisor in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of HSE
- Experience working to deadlines and managing a team
