We are working with our client who are a leading offshore and renewable manufacturing business based in Newcastle for a Production Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Ensure work is carried out by the technicians engineers on time to specifications.
Liaise with clients and inspectors in relation to product quality etc
Review training and requirement needs of the team
Ensure H&S compliance
Allocate labour onto shifts
Manage team performance

The person:

Experience working as a supervisor in a manufacturing setting
Knowledge of HSE
Experience working to deadlines and managing a team
