Procurement Manager – Estates | North-East | £45,000 - £55,000 | Perm | Hybrid
Client:
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a Public Sector Organisation in the North-East to recruit a Procurement Manager covering the Estates category on a permanent basis.
A strong background in construction/estates is essential.
This role offers a hybrid working policy; with the requirement to attend the office 2/3 days per week, with the others working from home.
Role:
- Reporting to Senior Procurement Manager
- Managing 1 direct report – Assistant Procurement Manager
- Carrying out strategic, high-value and complex procurements
- Lead the category and provide guidance to stakeholders
- Manage contracts and framework agreements within their portfolio of procurement projects

Individual:
- Comprehensive understanding of contract law and procurement regulations
- Public or Private Sector experience
- Bachelors degree in related subject or extensive experience in procurement
