The Opportunity for the Chartered Building Surveyor:
This role is perfect for a Chartered Building Surveyor who is confident in delivering professional advice to clients, both independently and as part of a collaborative team. You'll be responsible for providing expert services across commercial properties, ensuring client satisfaction and driving the growth of the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing tender documents and administering construction contracts.
- Managing dilapidations negotiations for landlords and tenants.
- Handling Party Wall matters and providing cost consultancy advice.
- Writing professional reports and attending client and stakeholder meetings.
- Supporting business development by fostering client relationships and contributing to team success.
About You the Chartered Building Surveyor:
We're looking for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor with:
- A degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
- Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent).
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent software is a bonus.
