The Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor's Role
As a Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will take the lead on two major residential schemes, including an £800m high-rise development, providing both Quantity Surveying and Employers Agent expertise. This influential role will see you as the primary client contact, responsible for ensuring excellence and guiding a team of Quantity Surveyors as they deliver world-class results on complex, high-value projects.
The Ideal Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor
This role calls for an exceptional professional who can bring:
- Significant residential sector experience, especially with high-value projects.
- A RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or a closely related field.
- Proven experience with a UK Construction Consultancy or PQS firm (essential).
- MRICS qualification.
- Comprehensive pre- and post-contract experience.
- A client-facing approach with excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership abilities to manage and mentor a talented team.
