The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will become a key player in an energetic team of 12 professionals, working across a dynamic range of projects including student accommodation, private residential developments, commercial banks, leisure, and heritage-listed buildings.

You will take on a varied role that involves Employer's Agent and Contract Administration responsibilities, with a clear pathway to Equity Partner for those eager to take on more leadership. You'll have the chance to work alongside industry experts, shaping the future of the business and your career.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Senior Quantity Surveyor will have:

  • Ideally MRICS or committed to achieving
  • Strong pre and post contract experience
  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
  • Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
