Our client, a well-established Estate Agency, is seeking to expand their Sales Team.
The position requires full-time working hours and offers a basic salary ranging from £20,000 to £30,000.
Successful candidates can achieve on-target earnings of up to £40,000 through a commission structure.
Applicants should have prior estate agency experience and a good knowledge of the local area.
Key responsibilities include sales negotiating, viewings, dealing with offers, vendor contacts, sales progression, and valuing properties.

As an Estate Agent, you’ll be required to work Full Time

Our client is offering the successful Estate Agent:

Basic Salaries range from £20,000 - £30,000
On target earnings up to £40,000
