Our client, a well-known and established Estate Agency, is seeking to enhance their Sales Team with a new member.
The position requires full-time working hours and offers a basic salary ranging from £20,000 to £30,000.
Successful candidates can expect on-target earnings of up to £40,000, along with a commission structure and opportunities for career progression.
Candidates should have prior estate agency experience and a good knowledge of the local area.
Key responsibilities include sales negotiating, conducting viewings, managing offers, vendor contacts, sales progression, and property valuation.

As an Estate Agent, you’ll be required to work Full Time

Basic Salaries range from £20,000 - £30,000
