An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Conveyancer to join a prestigious firm in Newcastle City Centre. Successful applicants will report directly to the Private Client Partners and will manage their own high-quality residential property workload while supporting the team’s property partner with various property matters.

Conveyancer Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse residential property caseload, including:
    • Property sales and purchases
    • Freehold and leasehold transactions
    • Remortgage work
    • New-build properties
    • Development schemes
    • Shared ownership properties
  • Maintain direct contact with high-net-worth private clients, delivering an outstanding level of service
  • Engage in business development activities within the Private Client Team and the wider firm

Conveyancer Requirements

  • Proven experience in handling property matters, specifically the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Strong organisational skills and the capacity to manage a large caseload effectively
  • Commitment to providing first-class client care
  • Excellent oral and communication skills
  • Strong housekeeping skills, including work-in-progress control and management of disbursements
