An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Conveyancer to join a prestigious firm in Newcastle City Centre. Successful applicants will report directly to the Private Client Partners and will manage their own high-quality residential property workload while supporting the team’s property partner with various property matters.
Conveyancer Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse residential property caseload, including:
- Property sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold transactions
- Remortgage work
- New-build properties
- Development schemes
- Shared ownership properties
- Maintain direct contact with high-net-worth private clients, delivering an outstanding level of service
- Engage in business development activities within the Private Client Team and the wider firm
Conveyancer Requirements
- Proven experience in handling property matters, specifically the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong organisational skills and the capacity to manage a large caseload effectively
- Commitment to providing first-class client care
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Strong housekeeping skills, including work-in-progress control and management of disbursements
